Elena is a beautiful Russian woman whom I had met years ago and when she, an her fiance, Imtiaz had asked me to shoot their wedding I was very excited.  Elena would be wearing an Indian dress and as well as a beautiful white gown and Imtiaz is just a cool cat, plain and simple - so this would be a fun wedding to shoot.  And it was.  It was cold but we got some wonderful images.

Well, I guess we can't really call it a "Trash the Dress" as we didn't really trash them.  We just didn't worry about getting them dirty.  Jo and Andrea are great friends and stood for each other at each others weddings so this was a fun was to end a busy summer.

This was a wild wedding - what a crew!   It's not hard to tell that these two are in love, eh?  I felt a little bad during one of these shots.  In the group shot, with their reflection in the sand - well, I'm knee deep in the ocean.  Just after this photo a huge wave comes in - I jump it but they don't seem to notice it rolling fast up the beach toward them.  Well.  The water hit them hard, hitting their shoes and splashing up on their knees.  However, the flower girl got knocked over and as the water receded back down the beach, she was being rolled with it.  Yeah, I got pictures of that too.   ;)
