Last fall I met Tricia & Pat when they asked me to do their maternity photos.  We went to Crystal Crescent Beach and spent the morning shooting, eating cookies and trying to keep warm.  Then they had the twins, Éva & Noah. Over Christmas I went over to their house and we had a great shoot with three generations in a beautiful festive setting.  Last week they came over to the studio and I'm thrilled... we got so many really nice images. 

You know...one of the nice things about my job is building life-long relationships with many of my clients.  I really care about Tricia & Patrick.  They are good people and I look forward to seeing Éva & Noah grow up into cute little tykes and getting some crazy-great images....for them.

Last week I was in Cuba as the wedding photographer for Mandi & Mark's big day.  Abbey was one the bridesmaids and asked me to do a family photo shoot with her new little girl, Olivia, once they arrived.  We had a very fun morning on the beach and wound up with some really stunning images.  Everyone who was at Mandi's wedding had an amazing time, but now Abbey's family will have photos that will remind them of this wonderful week forever.  Coincidently, Abbey will also be at a wedding I'll be photographing in Halifax this weekend....and she's a bridesmaid again! 

Craig and I met in university in Halifax.  He played basketball and...well...I didn't.  He's a great fella and called me two years ago to photograph a maternity shoot with him and his wife, Marilisa.  Well being the first part of August rocking with weddings and just having Gabby born, I had to decline as I was completely overwhelmed.   I'm so pleased he contacted me again for his second child.  Marilisa is due in 20 days (yes, that's right - she looks fantastic) and we had a fantastic photo shoot in the studio.  Julia is a little over two years old and was so well behaved and so patient that is was easy getting great shots of them all.  I really had a lot of fun and can not wait to meet their new addition.

This past autumn I had the pleasure of shooting maternity photos on the beach for Tricia & Patrick.  Éva and Noah have finally arrived and it was very, very nice to meet them. Very small and very cute.

I love doing Christmas Cards.  I get great satisfaction knowing I'm creating the image that a family wants to sent to everyone at this time of year.  Here are a few - I'll find more to post once I'm caught up.

Don and Nathalie, a wonderful couple, and their children joined me at the Lochs in Fall River early in November for a fall family portrait.  We had a fun time and were blessed with great weather for the shoot.

Patrick & Tricia are having twins.  They are very excited and have asked me to shoot their pregnancy photos.  We decided the best place and time to do them would be first thing in the morning at Crystal Crescent Beach.  It was a fun shoot and I look forward to meeting their two new additions.

I had a blast with the Cox family last week.  I've known the family very well for a long time so it was I was very excited when they asked me to come to Prince Edward Island to shoot them on a beach first thing in the morning.  They're the type of family that's really easy to shoot - a very photogenic group of people.
