Isaac and his mom, Kate, popped over on Halloween for some Trick-or-Treating and we thought it would be nice to get a quick shot in the studio. Who would have thought that quick shot would have wound up on the 2010 HRM Calendar (His dad is a Fire Chief).

...Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to do it.  The first photo was taken October 13th, 2009 at about 2:00am while I was staying overnight at Melanie & Tyler's cottage for their engagement shoot. This was taken during the Perseid Meteor Shower and the glow over the Island is from the lights of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. The second was shot during Mandi & Mark's engagement shoot. It's a pretty authentic 'Autumn in Nova Scotia' photograph.

Pat Juchli loves to waterski - and he's very good.  And I love photographing Pat waterskiing. Occasionally, he will call me at 6am and say, "The water is calm - let's go waterskiing". He even built a brace that pops up above the 450hp big block engine so that I may stand and photograph above the spray of the boat. These were all shot on Lake William in Waverley, Nova Scotia.
