Trevor Allen Photography | Halifax Wedding, Family & Destination Photographer

The Photography of Trevor Allen

June was wet and most weddings got rained on that month.  However, I've been very lucky to beat the rain every time and enjoy outdoor photography in all of them (and even a few outdoor weddings).  Kate & Joel got married in Wolfville and had their wedding reception at Between the Bushes at Blueberry Acres in Sheffield Mills and, although pounding rain in Halifax, we had wonderful weather in Wolfville.  We only had a light sprinkle during the creative shots and a great thundershower during dinner (just enough to make it romantic).

Another wonderful component to this wedding was Joel was not married by just any minister...but by his own father.  I'm sure that was doubly special for his dad.  It was a very fun day with lots of laughs and a great time was had by all, me included.  I'm very pleased I was able to capture so many great moments; images I hope they will cherish forever.  Here are a bunch and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Yes, I find thunder romantic.  Don't all photographers?
